Learn to Row

Intended for first time rowers. Classes will cover basic form and rowing technique.  Each week, rowers will increase the intensity of their workout and become more efficient and fluid on the rowing machine.

Cardio Row

This class is available to experienced rowers or anyone who has completed the Learn to Row class. In this interval training workout, rowers will work toward goals and track their progress each week.

Friends Row

Catch a great workout with your church group, neighbors, co-workers or friends!  Great for runners seeking an alternative workout. Form a group and choose from our Learn to Row or Cardio Row classes.


Semi-group format, maximum class size 4
Morning and evening classes available

Row - Train

This class is available to experienced rowers or anyone who has completed our Learn to Row class. This is a cardio-combo class, combining high-intensity cardio with personal training exercises.

Challenge Row

All rowers are encouraged to participate in Studio challenges, seasonal Concept 2 challenges or challenges of their own. This “add on” class keeps rowers motivated, engaged and accountable.

Private Class

We offer private or semi-private (2 people) rowing classes in the studio. Great for new rowers, those seeking extra motivation or anyone looking for personal, one-on-one coaching.

Feedback is a great motivator. After a workout, I always feel a sense of accomplishment. And I love that each workout is a little different than the last, so I never know exactly what to expect. It keeps the workouts interesting.
