Great cardio-interval workout! Rowers are encouraged to track their meters, set individual goals, and participate in virtual races and challenges. New rowers are encouraged to join.

Whether you’re new to rowing or just looking to get back into it, private group sessions (2-4 rowers) are available by appointment! Great bonding and fitness for church group friends, book club buddies or fitness pals. Need motivation? Grab a few friends and give this a try!

PERSONAL COACHING PACKAGES:

These 6-week packages include a minimum of 18 workouts, and the use of a rowing machine in your very own home! No matter your fitness level, you will maximize your experience with consistent practice. Coaching sessions are held for approximately one hour, once per week. Each session will include two follow-up workouts (via email) that are customized to reinforce at home what was achieved in class. You will be amazed at how much your fitness level improves in only 6 short weeks!
