Great cardio workout. Rowers will be encouraged to track their meters, and participate in seasonal Concept 2 challenges. It is recommended that participants have prior indoor rowing experience.

ROW TRAIN, Thursdays, 4:30 pm

This class is a cardio/strength class, combining indoor rowing with various strength and conditioning exercises in the Geneva Fit studio. It is recommended that participants have prior indoor rowing experience.
